The Tri-Ring Burner is exceptionally versatile, with three concentric burner rings capable of producing between 2,500 BTU to 22,000 BTU of heat. Ignite the smallest center ring for low heat dishes, or use the middle and outer rings to produce more heat. To adjust all three rings simultaneously, turn the knob counterclockwise. To turn each ring on or off, turn the knob clockwise. When used synchronously, the Tri-Ring Burner delivers heat more evenly than two-ring designs, helping to ensure your food is cooked evenly and completely.

With the tri-ring burner, the cast iron cooking grates extend from edge to edge, maximizing the total cooking area.
