Returns: Orders returned post-delivery will incur a 25% restocking fee along with return freight charges.
Modifications: Modifications to orders after a tracking number has been assigned (post-processing) will incur a 10% reworking fee.
Cancellations: Cancellation of an order in transit will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
Reconsignment: Requests for reconsignment after an order has left the warehouse will incur a 25% reconsignment fee.

Orders containing multiple items will be shipped together unless one or more items are on Backorder. In such cases, they will be shipped once back in stock. In-Home Delivery Service:
Forno Appliances include In-Home Delivery Service, wherein the courier will bring the appliance into your home and open the box to check for damages.
Please note that this service does not include installation, debris removal, or haul away.
Delivery Attempt and Additional Fees:
Shipping includes one delivery attempt. If the delivery is not accepted and the customer requests further delivery attempts, the customer will pay a delivery fee to the courier, set by the courier company.
Room of Choice Delivery:
Our shipping service includes delivery to the room of your choice, with up to 7 steps and 2 movers.
Additional fees may apply for more than 7 steps or if more than 2 movers are required, determined by the courier based on the specific requirements.
Full Insurance Coverage:
Full insurance is included in all shipments for your peace of mind.
Change Shipping Address:
Once an order is staged for shipping or shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. In some cases where changes are possible, a fee will apply to cover charges incurred by Home Outlet Direct.
Appliance Shipments via Freight / LTL:
Large appliances are shipped via Freight / LTL (Less-than-truckload) method.
The carrier will schedule a delivery appointment, and an adult (18 years or older) must be present to sign and accept the shipment.
Additional Charges and Fees:
Additional charges may apply for rescheduled deliveries or refused shipments without valid reasons, as determined by the courier company.
Customers requesting delivery dates beyond the offered window may incur storage fees, charged by the courier company.
Any additional charges by the courier, such as delays or extra services requested by customers, will be paid by the customer.
Refused Shipments:
Shipments that are refused will be returned to the warehouse and treated as a return, subject to a restocking fee.
