- Shipping includes one delivery attempt. If the delivery is not accepted and the customer requests further delivery attempts, the customer will pay a delivery fee to the courier, set by the courier company.
Room of Choice Delivery:
- Our shipping service includes delivery to the room of your choice, with up to 7 steps and 2 movers.
- Additional fees may apply for more than 7 steps or if more than 2 movers are required, determined by the courier based on the specific requirements.
Full Insurance Coverage:
- Full insurance is included in all shipments for your peace of mind.
Change Shipping Address:
- Once an order is staged for shipping or shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. In some cases where changes are possible, a fee will apply to cover charges incurred by Home Outlet Direct.
Appliance Shipments via Freight / LTL:
- Large appliances are shipped via Freight / LTL (Less-than-truckload) method.
- The carrier will schedule a delivery appointment, and an adult (18 years or older) must be present to sign and accept the shipment.
Additional Charges and Fees:
- Additional charges may apply for rescheduled deliveries or refused shipments without valid reasons, as determined by the courier company.
- Customers requesting delivery dates beyond the offered window may incur storage fees, charged by the courier company.

Refused Shipments:
- Shipments that are refused will be returned to the warehouse and treated as a return, subject to a restocking fee.
