- Approval for Returns:
- Products can only be returned upon receiving written approval from our company.
- Returns should be limited to exceptional circumstances.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Products eligible for parts under warranty.
- Products with opened original manufacturers' packaging.
- Products damaged in transit (refer to ordering policy for freight claims).
- Products out of their original manufacturers' packaging.
- Incorrectly Ordered Items:
- Incorrectly ordered products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original packaging, unused, and in a technically faultless condition.
- Original packaging must be unopened, without any alterations or damage.
- Freight must be prepaid by the shipper for goods delivered to our premises.
- Return Process:
- Products must be returned via a freight carrier on an appropriately sized pallet.
- Securely wrap the unit in plastic to minimize exposure during transit.
- Units shipped via courier (e.g., UPS, FEDEX) will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense.
- Returns must include a copy of the original invoice and the provided RMA label.
- Damaged Packaging:
- If packaging shows signs of damage, the customer will bear the return expenses, or the product may be scrapped if desired.
- Notification of a return due to packaging damage must be made within 5 days.
- Restocking Fee:
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
