Just like that little black dress that goes with everything, the Abbott’s direct vent gas fireplace insert is understated sophistication with a no fuss contemporary design. With it’s impressive glass viewing area, the Abbot gas fireplace offers you superior flame and heat control. Each insert comes with the standard black porcelain panels, black reflective glass and a 9 piece rock set. For a more traditional look try the optional ceramic brick panels and log set. The Abbot comes standard to run on natural gas but also available for liquid propane use. Sierra Flame’s Direct Vent Insert is a true clean face design offering an impressive glass viewing area. The Abbot is available in Deluxe and Premiere systems and comes standard with contemporary black porcelain panels, black reflective glass and a 9 piece rock set OR traditional ceramic brick panels and log set.

Approval for Returns:
Products can only be returned upon receiving written approval from our company.
Returns should be limited to exceptional circumstances.
Non-Returnable Items:
Products eligible for parts under warranty.
Products with opened original manufacturers' packaging.
Products damaged in transit (refer to ordering policy for freight claims).
Products out of their original manufacturers' packaging.
Incorrectly Ordered Items:
Incorrectly ordered products can bereturned within 7 days of delivery.
Items mustbe in original packaging, unused, and in a technically faultless condition.
Original packaging must be unopened, without any alterations or damage.
Freight must be prepaid by the shipper for goods delivered to our premises.
Return Process:
Products must be returnedvia a freight carrier on an appropriately sized pallet.
Securely wrap the unit in plastic to minimize exposure during transit.
Units shippedvia courier (e.g., UPS, FEDEX) will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense.
Returns must include a copy of the original invoice and the provided RMA label.
Damaged Packaging:
If packaging shows signs of damage, the customer will bear the return expenses, or the product may be scrapped if desired.
Notification of a return due to packaging damage must be made within 5 days.
Restocking Fee:
All returns are subjectto a 20% restocking fee.
